As of April '09, we've updated our required mods. We'll attempt to keep this post current so that you can easily link through to those required after updates.
Required, All Raiders
The following mods are required by all raiders, including tanks, healers, and DPS:
Omen Threat Meter (Omen)
This mod tracks your aggro relative to the tanks you are competing with. It is considered strictly superior to KTM by most, and we would like to use it exclusively going forward. Please delete your old KTM copy (it could interfere with Omen, depending on the version).
Deadly Boss Mods (DBM)
This mod provides boss timers and additional information (eg. it warns when you're too close to other players during Phase 1 / 3 of Vashj). You should download this as soon as possible to become comfortable with the level of information being passed to you during a complicated encounter.
Strongly Encouraged, Esp. for Healers
X-Perl
This mod provides an entirely new group / raid management / monitoring UI. It's highly customizable, and you should spend some time finding a setup that works for you. Being able to see the status of the entire raid, including relevant buffs, who's in range, and more, is absolutely vital on some of our more complicated encounters. We may make this a mandatory healing mod in the future, if necessary (we can monitor who is running it, as with the above mods).
